TMS Families,
This will be the last weekly update until December. As a reminder, there is no school tomorrow, Wednesday, November 22nd, Thursday, November 23rd, or Friday, November 24th. School will resume on Monday, November 27th. With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, I thought it would be fitting to share a list of people that I am thankful for this holiday season:
My wife - Michelle. I’m sure it’s not always easy being married to a middle school principal.
Our 3 kids - Mattie, Morgan, and McGrady.
TMS’s top-notch assistant principals - Mrs. Alldredge & Mrs. Wiemers.
The tremendous TMS secretaries - Mrs. Cole & Ms. Mell.
Our school resource officer and security guard - Officer Maloney & Mr. Stallons.
Education Support Professionals - we wouldn’t survive without them. Thank you, ESPs.
The Triad Transportation Team and the Sodexo Food Services Team - we appreciate them greatly.
Mr. Mattingly, Mr. Cange, and their maintenance and custodial crews. They are unsung heroes.
The Triad Board of Education Members and District Office Employees - we appreciate their support.
TMS students and families - we do what we do at TMS for you.
Finally, the caring teachers and staff members at TMS - we have the best team around.
I hope that all of our Triad families have the opportunity to unplug from their busy schedules and life’s distractions to focus on the people that truly matter - each other! Enjoy your Thanksgiving Break with family and friends.

TMS Supply List - As we look forward to the second semester beginning in January, please be reminded that some of our single semester elective classes have school supply lists that are specific to their classes.

A dental exam is due by May 15th of the current school year. (Dental Exam Form)
Students enrolled in free/reduced lunch can get a dental exam for free on Monday, October 9th.
