TMS Families,
December has arrived. With less than three full weeks left in the first semester, students are encouraged to finish the second grading period strong. Being at school each morning on time with the school issued lanyard/ID on and work completed will ensure a positive finish this quarter. Teachers and staff members have been planning lots of fun events for students to participate in to make the remaining school days enjoyable.
Speaking of enjoyable, our 7th grade girls basketball team concluded an enjoyable season for the record books this past Saturday at the IESA State Basketball Tournament. While our Crusaders didn’t get the result they were looking for, they had a remarkable season finishing with 20 wins and only 1 loss on the year. Congratulations to our student-athletes and their coaches!
Our Crusaders Council has arranged for a hat day at TMS this Friday, December 8th. On Friday, all TMS students and staff are encouraged to wear a hat and bring a $1 donation to benefit the Crusaders Council. The Crusaders Council hopes to raise money to organize and host fun events at TMS for students and staff members.
